goldph Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the goldph platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with goldph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of goldph, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any manner. Your continued use of goldph following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of goldph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from goldph or any affiliated platform.

goldph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

To access the full features of goldph, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. goldph may merge or close duplicate accounts and may forfeit balances associated with duplicate registrations.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity or payment methods.

goldph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your goldph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your goldph account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify goldph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your goldph account.

goldph will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from goldph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to goldph support immediately.

goldph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All transactions completed using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified goldph of unauthorized access prior to such transactions.

goldph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued)

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. goldph reserves the right to reverse deposits made from third-party accounts and to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. goldph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account. goldph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

goldph reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within your goldph account dashboard.

goldph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. goldph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• goldph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension.

All games available on goldph — including fish hunter, live casino, slots, bingo, dice, and all other game categories — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game on goldph, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

goldph uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live dealer systems to ensure fair and transparent gameplay outcomes. goldph does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, goldph reserves the right to void affected rounds and return wagers to the player's account balance. goldph's decision in such matters is final.

All wagers placed on goldph are final once confirmed. goldph does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of verified technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on goldph and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Cheating, collusion with other players, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to goldph support immediately.
• Money laundering or using goldph for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing goldph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing goldph staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with goldph's software or systems.

goldph cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines and internationally. goldph reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

All content on the goldph Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of goldph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the goldph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any goldph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on goldph content.
• Use goldph's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, goldph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the goldph Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond goldph's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by goldph in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

goldph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your goldph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude goldph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

goldph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. goldph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the goldph Platform.

To activate any responsible gaming tool, contact goldph support or access the responsible gaming section of your account settings. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

goldph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, goldph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Where termination is not due to your breach, goldph will return any verified account balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

You may close your goldph account at any time by contacting goldph support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
