goldph is strictly an adult gaming platform. Access to goldph is prohibited for any person under the age of 21 years, in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and gambling activities.

goldph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If goldph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, goldph will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

goldph primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. goldph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the goldph platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Where changes to this Privacy Policy are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or how goldph processes your personal data — goldph will provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of goldph following the effective date of any amendment to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
